Betty Mosier-Johnson, MSN, RN, PMH-BC

Betty has spent over a decade as a board-certified psychiatric nurse, continuously refining her teaching methods to make complex concepts clear and actionable. She specializes in designing experiential simulations that help learners understand mental health from the inside out, bridging theory and practice to reduce stigma and increase empathy.

Shani Berrios, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Shani brings her expertise as an advanced practice psychiatric nurse to curriculum development, with a steadfast commitment to equity and social justice. She creates content that highlights the role of trauma, identity, and socioeconomic factors in mental-health outcomes, ensuring each lesson is inclusive, evidence-based, and highly practical.
